Beale Premier Property Management LLC. When I moved to the Greenfield Terrace apartments, I was generally satisfied with my living arrangement and the state of my apartment. Unfortunately, after being in my apartment to get a bit 'better, I started to have second thoughts. The service is not importantGreenfield Terrace. Period. The first indication of such is the fact that it maintained a large dirt in the ground pool that has not been in the last five years. The stairs and doors are literally crumbling, and most if not all bathtubs and sinks are painted. In addition, your car is not safe on the road or parking lot. If you park on the street, you have to worry about drunk drivers and speeders hit. If you park in the parking lot, you have to worrycrackheads to break into it, stripping it or steal it. This is a security camera that monitors the agency, but the management is too cheap to run a camera in the parking lot. The complex was performed by the Service of Wilson investments until autumn 2008. As bad as before, is even worse now that Premier Property Management has assumed he was doing.
